Trainer: I understand. Stress can definitely cause tension. Let’s start according to (gemäß) your muscle needs. First, sit comfortably and prepare your posture ahead of (vor) starting the massage.

Client: Okay, I’m ready. What’s next?

Trainer: Stretch your arms along with (zusammen mit) your shoulders. This will help loosen up the muscles.

Client: Got it. Should I focus on any specific areas?

Trainer: Yes, massage can be very effective for most injuries apart from (abgesehen von) burn injuries. So, avoid any sensitive or injured areas.

Client: That makes sense. What about the tension in my neck?

Trainer: Absolutely! Stretching in addition to (zusätzlich zu) massage improves recovery. Focus on the muscles in front of (vor) your shoulders.

Client: What if I feel tired during the massage?

Trainer: In spite of (trotz) feeling tired, massage can re-energize you. Just take breaks if needed.

Client: I’ve been using rough movements. Is that okay?

Trainer: No, use gentle strokes instead of (anstatt) rough movements. This will prevent any strain.

Client: Should I massage the neck on behalf of (im Namen von) overall relaxation?

Trainer: Yes, but rest your palms on top of (auf) your stomach first to ground yourself.

Client: How do I release the tension out of (aus) my shoulders?

Trainer: Extra care is needed owing to (aufgrund von) sensitive areas. Use circular motions and adjust the pressure prior to (vor) starting deeper work.

Client: How long should I massage for?

Trainer: You can massage for as long as (solange wie) your comfort allows. Don’t overdo it.

Client: Should I combine stretching as well as (sowie) massage techniques?

Trainer: Yes, stretching works well as well as (sowie) massage. Apply oil by way of (mittels) smooth circular motions.

Client: What if the muscles are too sensitive?

Trainer: Adjust pressure due to (aufgrund von) muscle sensitivity. Be gentle in case of (im Falle von) lingering stress.

Client: How important is relaxation in terms of (in Bezug auf) physical recovery?

Trainer: Relaxation is vital in terms of (in Bezug auf) recovery. Adjust your technique in view of (angesichts) muscle tightness.

Client: Should I choose tools with regard to (in Bezug auf) the area being massaged?

Trainer: Yes, choose tools with regard to (in Bezug auf) the area. Be gentle with respect to (in Bezug auf) sensitive or injured areas.
